Summary of Responsibilities:

This key Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop, implement and execute on both strategic and digital marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. He/she will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness in the digital space as well as report on the performance of various digital efforts and targeted marketing campaigns. This person will create and/or coordinate the production and distribution of company marketing materials, both e-versions and hard copy collateral. In addition, he/she will help to establish and enforce consistent brand standards and messaging throughout all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • IT product marketing (software or professional services) experience required to successfully create, develop and execute marketing initiatives for new products and services
  • Ability to manage, elevate and execute digital marketing efforts including: email, web, social media, marketing automation, digital advertising
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts for our targeted marketing campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor Google Ad Words, Leadfeeder and web traffic. Report back trends and stats of visitors and interest
  • Measure and elevate SEO efforts through Google Analytics (organic search, direct search, referral, paid search (SEM), social, email, web)
  • Work internally to educate and enforce brand importance and consistency
  • Manage projects (TBD) with agencies, and other vendor partners (printers, freelance designers, video production contacts, graphic artist(s), website vendors/contacts)
  • Assists content and design to create impactful business presentations
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate B2B customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective skills in multi-tasking and the ability to work across all departments within the organization
  • Copy-writing experience a plus.

Inside Sales Representative

Carrollton, Texas

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling to new and existing customers all products sold by Datascan North America.  Position is focused on developing relationships over the phone, expanding business within existing accounts and prospecting/selling to new accounts.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative approach and needs analysis to qualify potential customers. Discuss and sell the value of Datascan products and services based upon uncovered needs.
  • Work in partnership with field Sales Reps, assist with the development of strategic plans and aggressively implement actions to achieve results.
  • Responsible for selling over the phone and engaging field partner on more complex solutions.
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations via Webex.
  • Identify potential customers from data within CRM tool. Follow up on internal and external leads and perform customer research.
  • Make a minimum number of outbound new customer calls per day, in addition to completion of follow up calls and responding to inbound leads.
  • Gather customer information and add data to Customer Relationship Management system. Maintain customer records, track phone calls and report business development activity to Manager.
  • Promote and maintain positive internal relationships.
  • Persuade others to challenge perceptions and thoughts.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree combined with at least two (2) years previous successful Inside Sales experience working in Technology Solutions or Service Sales (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to quickly grasp solution and complex sales methodologies.
  • Expertise in customer needs analysis, quality standards and customer service principles.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to speak clearly, listen and comprehend details.
  • Self-motivated, working independently to achieve objectives. Ability to work a flexible schedule as activity may dictate.
  • Interpersonal communication skills, including listening and understanding others, as well as speaking in a manner that effectively conveys accurate and appropriate information.

H&M Project Manager

Carrollton, Texas

The H&M Project Manager is responsible for the project management and delivery of Datascan’s solutions to one of its major Clients (H&M).  This includes liaising directly with client contacts (foreign and domestic), ensuring client and Senior Account Executive needs are being met with our organization, and working with the Senior Account Executive to execute target dates and tasks necessary for a successful inventory.  This role requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple Departments at Datascan.  The H&M Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day communication with multiple countries, constant communication with the Senior Account Executive, maintaining excellent client and internal communication. A high level of customer service skills is required, as well as the ability to work well with a team.  Although this role is for one client, there are 40 different country contacts and projects to manage. Travel will be necessary for client consultations (1 trip per year in December) and planning meetings.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent and constant communication between clients and Senior Account Executive
  • Serve as a liaison between client and Datascan
  • Gather and organize tasks, target dates, and equipment orders for client inventories
  • Be available and/or at the Datascan office during large inventory counts for client support
    • This position requires a 4:00 am – 12:00 pm work schedule from August – November each year to support EU time zone
  • Conduct pre-inventory planning meetings and post-inventory summary meetings with client
  • Conduct webinar trainings with client
  • Gather details for client change requests and coordinate with Business Analyst to formalize / submit specifications to IT
  • Consult with Business Analyst on change request organization and implementation by IT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Project Management, or IT)
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management
  • High Organizational Aptitude
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Comfortable with foreign communication (unnecessary to speak a secondary language other than English)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Wiki preferred
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Comfortable in a technology-based environment

Business Analyst

Carrollton, Texas

 The Business Analyst (BA) role is critical in ensuring we provide solutions to clients that work well in the field and are specified clearly with IT engineering when changes or customizations are required.  The BA provides the key liaison between the business facing roles in Sales and our internal IT engineering groups.

The BA is required to have the most in-depth knowledge of both a client’s technical configuration, how it works with their physical inventory processes and how the solution will be used in the field.

The BA is exposed to more clients of varying complexity and scope than any other group within Datascan.

The position is pivotal in ensuring Datascan’s clients receive both equipment and software that has been correctly specified, configured and delivered to enable them to perform inventory counts efficiently.

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Gather and fully understand client/prospect requests and submit detailed specifications to IT engineering for development
  • Communicate directly with client/prospect regarding file requirements and specifications
  • Liaise between client, Business Development Managers/Account Executives and IT engineering to ensure questions are answered and expectations are clear
  • Document and maintain records of client specifications. Update Datascan documentation as necessary when configuration changes are requested
  • Ensure documentation provided to the client/prospect is accurate and complete
  • Ensure programs are designed and working fully as specified by clients/prospects
  • Review life cycle test cases and test procedures to ensure that test plans adequately test all requirements
  • Perform technical testing and UAT
  • Communicate effectively with clients/prospects, Business Development Managers/Account Executives on recommended best practice solutions
  • Attend client/prospect meetings as required to advise on best practices, alternate solutions etc.
  • Provide consultative training and support during customer software evaluations/Proof of Concept (POC) as needed.
  • Participate in discussions and make recommendations as to internal process improvements

 

Requirements:

  • BA or BS relevant to the position
  • 3+ years experience in Business Analyst role
  • Proven track record of successful participation/collaboration in cross functional teams
  • Knowledge of retail store inventory processes preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with mobile software applications and mobile computer deployment
  • Good business acumen and decision making capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Jira and SaleForce a plus
  • Some travel required
